Mission
In attaining the vision of Ti-Ratana Community Centre, it intends to create equal opportunities for children in low income groups, to become educated, healthy, and socially responsible citizens of the country, and to ensure well being amongst the, Senior Citizens/ Elders, who have been neglected or become helpless, whilst making awareness amongst specially children, how to lead a happy and contended life by adhering to teaching of Lord Buddha.

Facilities at the community centre
The main Community Centre is a three storied building with 34,000 Sqrft, which will have computer lab. A library, conference hall with all facilities to house more than 500 people, 22 rooms for office and meditation room a kitchen and sanitary facilities. Additionally there will be 15 Bed rooms on the 2nd floor exclusively for both local and foreign devotees, who would visit Sri Lanka for meditation or other activities connected with the center or donors.
Sources of Funds
Facilities mentioned above costing USD 1.5 Million approximately funded by Malaysian Buddhist donors, in appreciation of the yeoman services provided by The Most Venerable K. Sri Dhammarathana Nayaka Maha Thero of Malaysia, in that country, for him to achieve his life time ambition of rendering some tangible service to his motherland, Sri Lanka.
Center will seek voluntary donation from individuals/institutions (Local and International).
Sponsorship from Companies in the Private sector.
Center will Organize of fund raising events, and will provide facilities for seminars conferences,
Exams etc...In order to cover its maintenance costs, at minimum rates

The Center will be managed by Board of Management headed by The Most Venerable K. Sri Dhammarathana Nayaka Maha Thero with 4 other founding members, and assisted by three other advisory committee members, all on voluntary basis.
